Nevertheless, the NCIS universe is expanding with spinoffs like NCIS: Origins, which delves into the backstory of Leroy Jethro Gibbs. Mark Harmon will return to voice the older Gibbs, with Austin Stowell portraying the younger version. Additionally, a new spinoff is in development at Paramount+, bringing back Michael Weatherly and Cote de Pablo as Tony DiNozzo and Ziva David, respectively, set in Europe.
