One of the most memorable episodes in NCIS Season 4 stands out as the series’ most gruesome, deviating from its usual focus on criminal investigations and autopsy procedures to delve into a more chilling and graphic narrative centered around a serial killer. This leads them to conclude that they are dealing with a “mass murderer.”
