“Emotional Rollercoaster: NCIS: Los Angeles’ Heartfelt Series Finale Teased with Promises of Love, Friendship, and Celebration – Get Ready for an Unforgettable Farewell!”
NCIS: Los Angeles star Daniela Ruah has shared her thoughts on the highly-anticipated upcoming series finale. NCIS: Los Angeles was the first spin-off of the long-running series NCIS, centered around the L.A.-based Office of Special Projects within the Naval Criminal Investigative Service. The show has seen numerous cast members come and go, but the longest-running stars include Chris O’Donnell as Special Agent in Charge G. Callen, Daniela Ruah as Special Agent Kensi Blye, and LL Cool J as Senior Special Agent Sam Hanna.
In a recent interview with TVLine, Ruah discussed the impending NCIS: Los Angeles season 14 finale, which will mark the end of the series. The two-part finale is set to air on May 21, allowing fans ample time to bid farewell to the beloved characters. Ruah assures that the show will provide everything fans are hoping for.
As for the future endeavors of the NCIS: Los Angeles cast, Ruah herself has an immediate follow-up project. She is set to star as Fátima in “Turn of the Tide,” a Portuguese-language thriller scheduled to debut on Netflix in just two weeks, on May 26. While Daniela Ruah has her next project lined up, neither LL Cool J nor Chris O’Donnell have officially announced new projects at the moment.
Several other NCIS: Los Angeles stars currently do not have immediate acting projects on the horizon, but many of them are taking on producer roles in upcoming projects. For example, Caleb Castille, who portrays Special Agent Devin Rountree, is making his producing debut with an untitled film about football integration in Alabama. Eric Christian Olsen, known for his role as Investigator Marty Deeks, is also taking on a producer role for the CBS reboot of “Matlock,” starring Kathy Bates, which has been picked up as a series.
It is expected that additional projects for the cast members will be announced in the near future. Moreover, the broader NCIS franchise is still going strong, offering potential opportunities for recurring roles within the universe. This includes the original NCIS, which has been renewed for its 21st season, and NCIS: Hawai’i, which is set to return for its third season.
