I watch NCIS at least three times a week—on Friday afternoons on WE, Saturday afternoons and nights on BET, and Sunday mornings and evenings. While I don’t follow many of the other shows Kate appeared in, I always look forward to episodes featuring Ziva. She was my favorite character, and I still hope they’ll bring her, Tony, and Tali back for a holiday special. Even though I enjoy the episodes airing now, I can’t help but miss Ziva the most.
As for Mark Harmon, I was saddened by the news of his passing, but to be honest, I never connected with his portrayal of Gibbs. His acting always felt a bit stiff, and he came across as cold to me. Maybe that was just his style, but I never fully warmed up to him. I mostly watched the show for the lab tech and the rest of the team—they were fantastic. Interestingly, I really enjoyed watching his sister, though. She was funny and a talented actress.
Regarding the situation with Harmon bringing his dog to the set, especially after it had bitten someone, I found that passive-aggressive and extremely disrespectful. If Harmon had any decency or common sense, he should have realized the fear and danger his dog posed and stopped bringing it to work.
