Eric Christian Olsen sends fans into meltdown with family news!!!
NCIS: Los Angeles star Eric Christian Olsen, best known for his role as Marty Deeks on the CBS drama, shared some exciting family news on social media alongside his wife, Sarah Wright Olsen. Over the weekend, Eric and Sarah announced to his 508k Instagram followers that they are expecting their third child together. The couple, who have been keeping their fans updated throughout the pregnancy, received an outpouring of love and well-wishes in the comments after sharing the latest news. Eric is set to reprise his role as Deeks when NCIS: Los Angeles returns for season 12 later this year.
Eric Christian Olsen and his wife, Sarah Wright Olsen, tied the knot in an intimate ceremony in Wyoming back in June 2012, following an eight-month engagement. The NCIS: LA star and Sarah already share two children: son Wyatt, 7, and daughter Esme, 4. Now, the couple is eagerly preparing to welcome a third child into their family.
Taking to Sarah’s vlogging channel, Your Zen Mama, and their respective Instagram pages, the couple shared an exciting update on the pregnancy. In her 37-38 week vlog, Sarah shared, “I’m very excited to now be full-term, and we’re anticipating the baby’s arrival any day.”
Eric chimed in with a playful comment, “Before I go back to work would be nice,” referring to NCIS: LA resuming filming soon. He added with a laugh, “I would like to see and hang out with the baby.”
Sarah then hinted at the big reveal: “Just so we don’t have to keep saying ‘the baby,’ I thought now would be a nice time to let everyone know what we’re having.”
After a playful back-and-forth about who should share the news, Sarah teed up Eric, who enthusiastically revealed, “We’re having a girl!” The joyful announcement had their fans excitedly congratulating the couple.
Both Sarah and Eric were visibly overjoyed by the announcement, and it didn’t take long for NCIS: LA fans to flood Eric’s Instagram with heartfelt messages of congratulations.
