NCIS 21×07 Preview: “A Thousand Yards”

NCIS 21×07 “A Thousand Yards” marks the 1,000th episode of the NCIS Franchise and the seventh episode of its 21st season. It’s been an incredible journey for the franchise, particularly the “mothership” series, and yet the NCISverse shows no signs of slowing down. With enough momentum for several more seasons, the future looks promising.

While CBS has yet to officially renew NCIS and NCIS: Hawai’i for Season 22 and Season 4 respectively, it seems like a foregone conclusion at this point. Additionally, there’s anticipation for NCIS: Origins and NCIS: Sydney, alongside the eagerly awaited spinoff featuring Tony and Ziva.

The upcoming episode, titled “A Thousand Yards,” promises appearances by NCIS: Hawai’i’s Vanessa Lachey and NCIS: Los Angeles’ Daniela Ruah as Kensi Blye. Despite the cancellation of NCIS: Los Angeles last year, there are loose ends, particularly concerning Hetty, that fans hope will be addressed.

While the focus may not be on Kensi’s pregnancy in this particular episode, fans are eager for an update, and expectations are high for this milestone installment to deliver on various fronts.
