Sasha Alexander, known for her portrayal of Agent Kate Todd in NCIS, has remained active in the entertainment industry following her departure from the show. Kate Todd played a crucial role on the NCIS team until her dramatic exit in the second season when she was shot by double-agent Ari Haswari. Ari’s half-sister, Ziva David, later fatally shot him.
Recent endeavors include lending her voice to the character Adeline in the animated film “Deathstroke Knights and Dragons,” starring in “Dangerous Lies,” and making a guest appearance on an episode of “Law and Order.”
In her personal life, Sasha is married to Edoardo Ponti, whom she met at USC’s film school, and they exchanged vows in 2007. Notably, she is the daughter-in-law of legendary Italian actress Sophia Loren, who is Edoardo’s mother from her marriage to Carlo Ponti. Sasha and Edoardo have two children together, a daughter named Lucia Sofia Ponti and a son named Leonardo Fortunato Ponti.
