Breaking: CBS Drops Premiere Date for NCIS Season 21 – Don’t Miss the Return!
The actors’ strike is over, and CBS has announced the return dates for both ‘NCIS’ and its spinoff, ‘NCIS: Hawai’i.’
The long hiatus for ‘NCIS’ is finally concluding, and CBS has officially set a premiere date for Season 21 of the military police drama following the resolution of the writers’ and actors’ strikes. Additionally, the return date for the spinoff series, ‘NCIS: Hawai’i,’ has been confirmed.
‘NCIS’ Season 21 is set to debut on February 12th. The upcoming season of ‘NCIS’ will kick off on Monday, February 12, at 9 p.m. ET.
Expressing his joy after the announcement of the end of the months-long SAG-AFTRA strike, Brian Dietzen, who portrays Dr. Jimmy Palmer on ‘NCIS,’ shared his excitement, stating, “I couldn’t be more pleased! I can hardly wait to get back to work!” He also revealed that the new season would be dedicated to the late David McCallum, who portrayed Chief Medical Examiner Donald “Ducky” Mallard and passed away in September at the age of 90.
What to anticipate in the upcoming season of ‘NCIS’ While CBS has not yet released the episode title or storyline for the Season 21 premiere of ‘NCIS,’ it is likely to pick up after the cliffhanger from the Season 20 finale. In “Black Sky,” undercover agent Torres (Wilmer Valderrama) and the NCIS team successfully thwarted a Russian terrorist plot. Torres found himself in prison during the operation, where he encountered a young man claiming to be framed for fraud. This convict was also visited by a mysterious individual (Al Sapienza) with an unexpected connection to Torres.
The episode concluded with Torres waiting in the mystery man’s house. The man recognized Torres, addressed him as “Nicky,” and claimed to know the agent’s mother and sister. Despite the man’s assertions of change, Torres remained skeptical. The episode ended with Torres issuing a grim warning, implying a desire to “watch you die.”
Is Torres on the brink of committing a cold-blooded murder? Hopefully, when ‘NCIS’ returns in 2024, viewers will receive some answers.
