Production for NCIS: Sydney, the first international series in the NCIS franchise, is currently underway. The cast and crew were recently spotted arriving at the set in North Bondi.

One of the actresses walked alongside her male co-star, both dressed in a red shirt and black pants, as the camera crew filmed a scene. The new Aussie stars were seen chatting and walking together while on set. After completing their scene, the co-stars took a break and chatted with the crew.

NCIS: Sydney is set to premiere in 2023 following a deal between Paramount Plus Australia and Network Ten. The series will feature Australian actors and producers telling local stories.

NCIS remains one of the most-watched shows on television, with an average of 12 million viewers per episode. It has the potential to become television’s longest-running show, surpassing Law & Order: SVU’s record of 23 seasons.

NCIS originated as a CBS spin-off of JAG and aired for ten seasons between 1995 and 2005. The franchise has since expanded with spin-offs like NCIS: Los Angeles, NCIS: New Orleans (which ran for seven seasons), and NCIS: Hawaii (debuted in the fall).
