“Mark Harmon’s Heart-Wrenching Confession: The Untold Story of the Goodbye He Never Said – What Really Devastated Him Will Bring You to Tears!”

The passing of Gary Glasberg, a dear friend of Mark Harmon, left the NCIS star deeply affected and at a loss for words, according to an exclusive source who spoke to RadarOnline.com.

“After Gary Glasberg died, Mark was profoundly affected, and he was clearly devastated throughout the day when I was with him,” an insider revealed. What made Glasberg’s untimely death even harder for Harmon was the fact that they never had the chance to say goodbye.

The source disclosed, “Mark’s wife, Pam, mentioned that he barely spoke a complete sentence for nearly two days after Gary’s death because he was in such disbelief and sorrow. He wanted to be close to Pam but didn’t want to discuss what had occurred.”

Gary Glasberg passed away in his sleep at the age of 50 in September 2016.

However, Mark Harmon faced another personal challenge in addition to the loss of his friend. The CBS star underwent a secret surgery that resulted in significant weight loss.

“He’s not unwell,” a source previously told RadarOnline.com. “About a year ago, he had knee surgery to address an old football injury.”

The insider went on to explain, “He lost weight as a result of his demanding rehabilitation, but he’s doing exceptionally well.”

Harmon’s appearance in recent photos earlier this year revealed a noticeably gaunt appearance, which raised concerns.

Sources have indicated that Mark Harmon’s worry about his health might be linked to the sudden loss of his father, Tom, who had a fatal heart attack in March 1990.

“Losing his father so suddenly, especially when he appeared to be in excellent health, seems to have had a lasting impact on him,” a source stated. “It wouldn’t be surprising if he harbors concerns that he might succumb to heart disease, just like his father!”

Fortunately, Dr. Stuart Fischer of New York Internists noted that genetics only plays a minor role in the prevalence of heart disease.
